Chocolate Chip Cheesecake Dip

My Chocolate Chip Cheesecake Dip is an easy and delicious dessert you can whip up in under 15 minutes! It is a perfect dessert for parties, potlucks or just because you love all things cheesecake! Your guests will love it! 

I recently needed to bring a dessert to an impromptu dinner party. I had all the ingredients on hand so this was the perfect choice for me! I literally threw it together in under 15 minutes and I was on my way!

Chocolate Chip Cheesecake Dip

• 12 oz Light Cream Cheese (1 1/2 blocks)
• 1 Stick Butter, softened
• 1/3 Cup Brown Sugar
• 1 TSP Pure Vanilla Extract
• 1/3 Cup Powdered Sugar
• 2/3 Cup Mini Semisweet Chocolate Morsels

Cut the cream cheese and butter into slices so it will soften faster. I allowed it to sit for about 5-8 minutes, while I gathered my other ingredients. 

In a large bowl, add the cream cheese, butter and vanilla. Whip with electric hand mixer on med-high speed. Slowly add the brown sugar. Once blended, add the powdered sugar. After it is completely blended, fold in the chocolate chips until evenly distributed. And that is it! Transfer to your serving bowl, cover and refrigerate until ready to serve. The Chocolate Chip Cheesecake Dip can make it ahead and it will hold well. 

I packed my bowl and covered with plastic wrap. On our way to dinner, I stopped at Ralph’s  (my local Kroger store) to pick up some OREO Thins to go with my dip!
