Last week, in my Golden Beet Salad and Cinnamon Peanut Butter Krispie Treat posts, I mentioned Degustabox, a new subscription box that I received. Degustabox is a surprise subscription food box company based in Barcelona, with a presence in Spain, Italy, France, Germany, and the UK. Degustabox USA has recently launched their US operation and thousands are signing up each month! For $19.99/mo, you receive 10-15 yummy food products, many being new to market. If you sign up now, you can get 50% off your first box! Use code DEGUSTA10 to get your first box for only $9.99! Here is what I received in my box, along with money saving coupons:
One of the items in my surprise box was Topo Chico Sparkling Mineral Water in Twist of Lime. I love to drink sparkling water in the warm weather so I couldn’t wait to try the Topo Chico. Two varieties came in the box, but sadly I broke the other bottle in a different flavor and didn’t get to try it.
Sparkling Strawberry Lemon Cooler
- 4-5 Strawberries, plus one extra for garnish
- Squeeze of Fresh Lemon Juice, plus one slice for garnish
- 4 oz Lemonade
- 4 oz Topo Chico Sparkling Mineral Water in Twist of Lime
Place the cleaned strawberries in a blender with a small squeeze of fresh lemon juice and 4 oz of lemonade. Blend or pulse until the strawberries are pureed. Pour in a glass with ice cubes, then top with the Topo Chico Sparkling Mineral Water. Garnish with a slice of lemon and a strawberry. Enjoy!
