I like to put coconut oil in my hair. It makes it feel so soft. Also, one of my friends is a school teacher and anytime one of her kids has lice she goes home and rubs some in her hair. She says it really works!

I have sauted onions and bell peppers with coconut oil. I have also made a vegan oatmeal cookie recipe with coconut oil. LOVE it!!

I have used it in several recipes. Some say they taste the coconut and it ruined their dish, but I never have. I even roasted veggies in the oil and someone who has a strong aversion to all things coconut couldn’t believe it. It really is incredible!

I think if you use too much coconut oil then yes, it overpowers the flavors of the veggies, etc. Little goes along way for sure!
