We buy Einstein’s Bagels from Costco. You get two sleeves of 6 and I always freeze one. For some reason if I don’t store my bagels in the fridge, they will mold in just a 2-3 days. But who likes cold and hard bagels?! Toasting isn’t always an option. They’re hard to chew and sometimes tastes dry if they’ve been refrigerated. Awhile back, my toaster was in use and I needed to lightly toast a bagel. I thought if I used my George Foreman Grill, that I could toast it like like a panini, but it didn’t really work. Instead I got a soft, hot bagel that tasted like I just got it out of the oven. You would never have known that this bagel had been in my fridge for 4 days! If you have a Foreman Grill, you must try this!
